OUR THREE YEAR OLDS
love to pretend play while their creativity and self confidence begins to emerge. They gravitate toward dramatic play and love to explore the world around them.
It is important to have a nurturing and stimulating environment for the three year old since a child's development is greatly influenced by factors in his or her environment and the experiences he or she has.
Language plays a large role in the development of a three year. They communicate with simple sentences and begin refining their use of grammar. Our three year old's love reading and love being read to. They love learning their letters and can identify letters in print as well as identifying their classmates names.
OUR FOUR YEAR OLD'S
are busy learners. They have boundless energy and wild imaginations. They love to explore the world around them and incorporate humor into their daily lives.
They begin to show self confidence in mastering tasks and are a little more adventuresome. They love to share their wild stories as their language skills continue to emerge.
They love completing a task and gaining recognition from peers as well as the teacher. From learning literature with its plot and characters, to describing different art forms and artists such as MONET and Impressionism to sorting using everyday items, our Four Year Old's never seem to grow tired of learning.
